TopLine has five branch locations and free ATMs are available throughout the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.

Shared Branch Locations

Whether you are looking for a location close to home, near work, or when traveling, access to a credit union is always close by through the shared branching network.

Shared branching provides members thousands of convenient locations to perform transactions just as if you were in your home credit union. A cooperative network of credit unions from all over the country have joined together to share facilities allowing members more convenient access to their accounts.

As a member of TopLine you are able to conveniently access your account at other credit union branch locations—all for free. Anywhere you see the swirl you can conduct a range of transactions, such as:

• Cash Checks
• Deposits
• Withdrawals
• Loan payments
• Make transfers between accounts
• Purchase money orders, travelers checks and official checks*

*May not be available at all outlets and locations.

To take advantage of this service, you will need to bring:

• Identify yourself as a TopLine member
• Provide your 4-6 digit member/account number found on your statement
• Present a valid government-issued photo identification, i.e., State Driver's License, US Passport

ATM Locations

Locate a fee-free ATM close to you.

With your TopLine Smart Rewards Check Card or ATM Card, you have access to nearly two-million retail and ATM locations across the country — including over 57,000 fee-free ATMs. Just look for the Starsf ®, Allpoint™ or Co-Op® network logos. You can even use your Smart Rewards Check Card to get cash right at the register when you pay at certain retailers, like Target and Costco.

Because all of the ATMs listed here are not owned by TopLine, we cannot guarantee they will remain surcharge free.  Each network is updated periodically and the information is subject to change.

*Please make sure to check the ATM you are using for the Starsf or Allpoint logo to ensure it is a surcharge free location. As well, some locations may have more than one ATM; not all may participate in the Starsf Network.
